40 years of experience in the Construction industry with a focus on Cost Estimating, Contract Administration, Scheduling and Claims Analysis.
Mr. Goupille’s experience includes 25-plus years in a Construction Consultant role for our services in the Property Loss Damage Assessment and Construction Defect Litigation fields. He has testified in both Deposition and trial and has vast experience in Mediation and Appraisals. He is one of the lead national consultants at MKA International, Inc. (MKA) that handles large complex loss and catastrophe response assignments both domestic and international.
Previously, as the Regional Manager for the Los Angeles office for 10 years, he focused on the Property Loss and Construction Defect Litigation aspects of our services. He managed the earthquake catastrophes and many of the wildfire losses. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators as well as the Association of Advancement of Cost Engineering International.
Educated in Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering, he began his career in a structured intern program, including both college and practical requirements, in order to receive his diploma. His projects as on-site Cost Engineer included commercial, manufacturing and residential developments.
