Those in our Design Professional Groups especially have field experience in construction, including bid preparation, construction management, program management, and change order analysis and project close-outs. Our staff has experience with pre-construction services that start at the conceptual stage through design development up to the final drawings.

Construction Dispute Resolution

Our team is experienced in any Dispute Resolution forum. We have the experience to both prepare and defend claims that arise out of the Design and/or Construction of a project.

Construction Engineering

Our Engineers and Construction Consultants have handled a wide variety of projects that scale in size and types for both General Contractors and Owners. When it comes to providing Cost Evaluation Solutions, we have experience in the pre-construction phase through bid comparison analysis. This includes preparing cost evaluations from conceptual through final design, allowing Designers and Owners the benefit of making informed decisions using Value Engineering techniques. We are experienced in evaluating progress draws, change orders and the final payment.

Construction Audits

Under certain Contracts and in some situations, the need for a Construction Audit is a requirement. It’s not only about the math. It’s more about that items should or should not be included. We are experienced Contract Management Consultants and are capable of performing these audits.
