30-plus years of experience in the construction and facilities industries with expertise in construction and project management in both vertical and horizontal construction. At MKA International, Inc. (MKA), he is the Regional Manager of our Austin, Texas location.
Mr. Cruickshank focuses on the property damage assessment and cost aspects of our services throughout the United States. Projects involve the evaluation of damage caused by hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, wind, flood and freeze and development of conceptual/detailed repair or replacement construction cost estimates and associated cost analyses. He is a Certified Construction Manager by the Chartered Institute of Building and has overseen projects involving property damage to commercial, industrial, institutional, medical, sports facilities and residential properties. He has provided litigation support and testified in Depositions for General Construction matters involving Property Loss claims.
